Our partners program is a WIN/WIN for everyone!
In the past few years, local organizations have received over $100,000 in donations from participants in our races!!
Participants in the Forest City Road Races can choose to raise funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Center or any of our local charities in the partners program. Any fundraising that is for a specific charity goes directly to them post-event!
How it works.
When you sign up, it’s as easy as selecting the charity that you would like to raise funds for. Then, post your race roster participant dashboard on your social media or send it in an email.
Maybe say something like “I’m running 5K in support of _______, if you would like to sponsor me and support this organization, please click on the link!”

Interested in joining our partners program?
How It Works.
As participants register for any of the Forest City Road Races, a drop-down box is in the registration process. It asks them if they would like to raise funds for any of the organizations in our partners program. If they select your organization, all funds raised on top of their registration fee will go directly to your organization post-race weekend.
Why We Do It.
Our ultimate goal of the Forest City Road Races is to raise as much funds as we can for the kids at the Thames Valley Children’s Centre. However, we also want to help local organizations too! We feel like it’s a win/win for everyone involved because as charity partners invite people to signup and raise funds on their behalf. It also raises awareness of the event and hopefully acts as another fundraising avenue for your organization too! We are always happily surprised with how much is raised in our partners program each year!!
Who Can Join?
Any local charity organization or group in London Ontario.
The Cost.
Nothing! There is a payment processing fee of 3% on every donation transaction that goes to the provider but other than that, it is free to join in and all funds raised on your behalf will go directly to your organization. There is even a direct payment system that we set up with you so that it’s all done automatically!
Bonuses.
We will help you create emails or social media posts to send out in hopes to increase participation on your behalf. We will also include you on our social media posts too! And if you would like to have a booth at our expo you can have one of those too!

You bet! Our board and volunteer committee are focused on putting on the best road race we can that supports as many local businesses and organizations as we can in our city!
